How It Works
Our streamlined process makes crypto trading simple, secure, and fast. Here's how to get started.
Three Simple Steps
Start trading in minutes with our straightforward process
1
Request a Quote
Contact us via WhatsApp, Telegram, or our contact form. Tell us what you want to buy or sell, and we'll provide an indicative quote with validity window.
2
Verify & Confirm
Complete our quick KYC process (first-time only). Review the final quote and confirm your trade. Lock in your rate for a limited time.
3
Trade & Settle
Send payment or crypto as instructed. Once confirmed, we complete the other side within minutes. Fast, secure, done.
Timing & Expectations
Quote Validity
Quotes are typically valid for 1 minute depending on market volatility. Once you have accepted a quote, we will lock in your rate for the duration of the validity window (typically 1 - 12 hours). We will always confirm your rate and the validity window with you before transacting, so you know exactly what you're getting.
Settlement Time
- Selling crypto: Aim to settle within 2 minutes if already onboarded
- Buying crypto: Typically 10-90 minutes during business hours (if paid with realtime clearing)
- Settlement times subject to bank/exchange clearing, ticket size, and KYC status
- First-time trades may require additional verification time
Banking Hours
While we aim to provide rapid crypto and ZAR settlement, we are subject to banking limits and cut-off times. Larger transactions and transfers to/from certain banks may not settle instantly.
- Local banking hours: 8 AM - 4 PM Mon-Fri
- Always use instant EFT/realtime payments to avoid unnecessary delays
- Transactions on Sundays, public holidays, and after-hours may be delayed
- Contact us for specific guidance on timing and settlement
